No matter what size your goal is…setting the goal is always step one then taking action steps toward it until you reach it and then set higher and higher bigger and bigger goals to reach them.

Make each goal then keep at it…
When setting goals be clear and concise for what it is you want to achieve.
Write it down.
Focus on it by visualizing a minimum of 7 minutes each day.
Take actions daily toward that goal and eventually (within the time frame you set for yourself) you have achieved it.
See yourself having already achieved it.
Duplicate the steps with the next goal!
